The Lighthouse

This was my previous website. It shows how a single photograph can create a stunning home page that sets the whole mood of a website. The internal pages used the top portion of this photograph for the header image. All the colors of the website can be found in the photograph – yellows from the lighthouse lamp, and deep blues from the late sunset made a good choice for font colors. The site as simple, clean, easy to navigate and displayed photos well – which was important for me to display my work on the portfolio page.
